Robert J. In addition, he was a Barrister and Solicitor in Canada and is a Solicitor in England and Wales. Robert J. Allan has assisted clients in legal matters for almost 40 years. Mr. Allan practices in the areas of Litigation, Business and Corporate law, Corporate structures, International law, Entertainment litigation, Art law, Film, TV and Music, and Copyright issues, including Copyright Terminations/Recapture and Reversions and related song, music publishing and music catalog sales.
Stella Yap, a shareholder at the firm, represents clients with business law, intellectual property issues, music, entertainment, TV and Film, and litigation matters. Ms. Yap assists clients with business entity formation and structure, negotiating and drafting of agreements, copyright and trademark issues, copyright terminations and litigation involving partnership disputes, music royalties, management disputes, and breach of contract.
Rod Rummelsburg is of Counsel and a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and has represented private and public, domestic and multinational corporations on intellectual property, trademark, copyright, business law, litigation, and international negotiation matters in over 125 countries. He has worked closely with numerous government agencies including the Commerce Department, the Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Asset Control, and the Federal Communications Commission.
