International Commercial Litigation

Our lawyers have handled both foreign and domestic commercial litigation issues involving breach of contract, lease contract disputes, employment disputes, breach of warranty, commercial real estate disputes, insurance bad faith, and asset recovery matters, in over 125 countries, including China, Hong Kong, Brazil, India, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Russia. In fact, our principal, Robert J. Allan, filed the first lawsuit by a private Soviet corporation in the United States. Additionally, we have extensive connections in China.
