Edythe Huang

Edythe Huang is an associate attorney with Allan Law Group. She focuses her practice on civil litigation involving claims for breach of contract, fraud, conversion and accounting fraud. In addition to her litigation focus, Ms. Huang has hands on experience in international business transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Huang served as Assistant Vice President at Goldman Anderson Group, a financial consulting and investment firm, where she worked on establishing private equity funds and consulting internationally based companies, including advising a Taiwanese law firm on the acquisition of US community banks by foreign corporations. Ms. Huang received her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law - Newark, where she was co-Editor-in-Chief of the Rutgers Race & the Law Review, in which her article, "Looting in Iraq, Five Years Later: An evaluation of international protection, recovery and repatriation of looted cultural artifacts," was published. Ms. Huang currently serves on the Board of Directors of New Omni Bank, headquartered in Alhambra, California and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pacific Council of International Policy, and the Venice Chamber of Commerce.
