Experienced International Business Representation

Our firm provides an uncommon breadth and depth of knowledge in the international business arena. Robert J. Allan is an AV rated attorney, who is admitted to practice in all California State Courts, the U.S. District Court, the Southern, Northern and Central District Courts of California, and the 9th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. In addition, he is a Barrister and Solicitor in Canada. Mr. Allan practices in the areas of Trial Law, Business and Corporate law, International law and Entertainment litigation.

Rod Rummelsburg is of Counsel and a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and has represented private and public, domestic and multinational corporations on intellectual propoerty, business law, litigation, and international negotiation matters in over 125 countries. He has worked closely with numerous government agencies including the Commerce Department, the Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Asset Control, and the Federal Communications Commission.

Julian Chan is Of Counsel to the Firm. He has represented companies in legal matters ranging from investments, technology licensing, trademarks, and entertainment contracts in the US and internationally.

Julia Zhu, an associate attorney with the firm, a former judge in China, counsels clients on intellectual property, corporate law and litigation matters in China and the U.S.

Edythe Huang, an associate attorney with the firm, represents clients in litigation, intellectual property litigation, business and corporate law matters. She currently represents clients in litigation matters involving the commercial exploitation of musical compositions and sound recordings, performance royalties, and breach of contract.

Stella Yap, a partner at the firm, assists clients on intellectual property, music, business and corporate law matters.
